GARLIC OLIVE OIL

One of the easiest, yummiest things you can do! I use this in EVERYTHING!!

Get some organic, cold pressed, unfiltered olive oil and some organic garlic.
Chop up about 6 cloves (or as much as you want...the more, the better!) Put them in a glass bottle with the olive oil. You can add a little sea salt or nama shoyu (unprocessed soy sauce…get at the health food store) if you desire.
That's it!
Let it marinate indefinitely...but trust me it won't be long before you use it all up because it tastes like ROASTED garlic, even though it's totally raw!!! Garlic is one nature's absolute finest cure-alls: it's anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral. But the maximum potency of these benefits are lost when garlic is cooked. This is a way to get the taste you desire and the health benefits you need out of raw garlic! It's so delicious that I take some with me wherever I go. I use it for practically everything: in salad dressings, in pesto, on avocados, or as a substitute for butter on everything!

NUT MILK

Use this instead of regular milk or boxed soy or rice milk…this is better tasting and ALIVE with complete protein.
First, soak 1-2 cups of any combination of nuts or seeds overnight in a bowl with twice as much water. Good choices are walnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, cashews, and sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are loaded with calcium, and it’s a much healthier source than regular milk, considering 99% of commercial milk is loaded with hormones, antibiotics and much worse.
In the morning, strain your nuts and seeds and put then in the blender with 3 times as much fliltered water and some agave nectar. (Get it at the health food store. It’s a raw sweetener that’s low glycemic and tastes like honey, only sweeter!) Add some vanilla bean or extract if you have any. Ad ash of cinnamon is great too. Blend, and strain through a sprouting bag (search online to find “the amazing nut milk bag”) or cheesecloth…even a clean t-shirt will work! Squeeze the milk out of the bag gently into a glass container and store. Use in cereal, in raw oatmeal, on smoothies, or just drink it like water! I make this every single day, it only takes 3 minutes and tastes irresistible!

HOMEADE SALAD DRESSING...never use the bottled stuff again!!

2 T tahini
1 T miso
1 T agave nectar
juice of 1 lemon
1-2 cloves garlic and 1/4 cup olive oil OR 1/4 cup garlic olive oil
1/2 cup water

Throw it all in the blender and blend! Add more water to achieve desired consistency. Keeps in fridge for 2-3 days. Store in glass mason jars for extended freshness. Use it to top fresh salads greens, avocadoes, sprouts, sandwiches, and more!
